Bit of rocker rust in the Lexus bubbling up through the hashtag Chicago undercoating. Probably gonna sand down the whole rocker and see how bad the rot is, then drill 6-10 holes in the bottom of each rocker and use an aerosol rust converting spray designed for blind voids in frame rails of old cars. If there are any actual holes I’ll weld in some patches. If not I’ll sand or wire wheel all the rust off the outside, prime, and hit it with some black semigloss.

Yeah, it’s a chicago car. The exhaust is pretty rotten as well and I’m getting very tired of chasing leaks... my options are to find an entire oem exhaust + manifold (HAHAHAHAHA) or get the $250 eBay option and figure out a way to make it behave without an OEM catalytic converter.
